Return Policy

We take tremendous pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. No sale is final.

Refunds for items returned within Thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.

Credit will be issued for the original amount paid on the merchandise returned, excluding the shipping and handling fee.

Please allow 10 to 14 business days from the date we receive your package to process your return or exchange request.

For Google Checkout orders, please allow 10 to 20 business days from the date we receive your package to process your refund.

If a credit card refund is issued, allow an additional 2 to 4 business days for the credit to post to your credit card account and 1 to 2 billing cycles for the transaction to reflect on your billing statement since each bank's processing time varies.

All Returned merchandise must be in its original Mfg. packaging, In new condition and must have its original labels/ tags attached to it.

Merchandise returns will not be accepted without prior return authorization. In order to expedite your return or exchange request in a timely manner, please call us to receive an RMA number and shipping instructions, you can contact our Returns and Exchanges Dept at 888-Willyshops (945-5974) (Monday- Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST and Friday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM EST).

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds for items returned more than Thirty days (up to Ninety days) after the purchase date will be in the form of a WillyShops's credit redeemable with your next purchase at any of our Branded Stores. (WillyShops credit valid for 365 days of issue date)
