Return Policy

 

OhBabyGifts.com does not accept returns without a Return Authorization Number (RAN). To return an item, please email returns@ohbabygifts.com or call our Customer Service/Returns Department at  718.998.7373.

 

Wrong Products Received:

If you were shipped a different product than you ordered, please contact us at info@ohbabygifts.com or 718.998.7373 within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide an RGA number and instructions on how and where to ship them back. We will pay for the freight back and ship the correct product free of charge.

 

Return Credit:

Please allow up to 15 business days from the time Oh Baby! receives your returned item to process the return. Our return department processes returns once a week and if your item isn't received by that time it will not be processed until the following week. All refunds will be credited via the original payment method only.

 

General Returns:

ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE ON ANY EXCHANGE OR REFUND. ALL STROLLERS AND CAR SEATS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

 

If Oh Baby! ships your order undamaged and you wish to return it for reasons not specified above, freight back to us and handling charges will apply. Freight charges are non-refundable. Please remember we have free shipping on many orders, if for some reason you would like to cancel or return an item, you will be charged the original shipping charges. There will be no exception to this. Expedited shipping charges are also non-refundable, even if you return the item.

 

ALL RETURNS:

  • Must arrive back in the manufacturer's original packaging with all accessories and in resalable condition.
  • Must have return instructions and an RAN number from an Oh Baby! representative.
  • Must be shipped back to the location specified in Oh Baby!'s RAN instructions, at your expense. This address may be different than the address from where we originally shipped the item.
  • Must be fully insured and trackable.
  • Must be made within 30 days of receiving your product. After 30 days of receipt of merchandise, no returns or exchanges can be made.

 

If any of the above conditions have not been satisfied, YOU CANNOT RETURN THE ITEM(S).

 

Our Customer Service will issue an RAN and assist you with return shipping instructions. When a replacement item is being sent out, we will only send it out once we have received the return and it has been inspected.
